- App version: Found under Settings > About in InvestMath
- Calculator: Which calculator you were using and the inputs you entered
- What happened: What you expected, what you saw, and the steps that led there
- Screenshots: Anything that helps show the problem
Common Questions
- Results: InvestMath estimates outcomes from the inputs you provide. Real returns vary, and results are not financial advice.
- Restore Remove Ads: Sign in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it, then tap Restore Purchases in InvestMath.
- Moving to a new device: Saved calculations are stored only on your device and don't transfer automatically.
- Ads not loading: Check your internet connection. If you bought Remove Ads and still see ads, restore your purchase.

We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days. Replies may take longer on weekends and holidays.
